We’re looking for an experienced (High-End Luxury) Retail Store Manager to join our client’s team and drive the growth of their premium menswear portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the boutique team to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences aligned with brand standards
- Drive sales performance, productivity, and KPI achievement while maintaining brand excellence
- Develop and nurture a strong clienteling culture, focusing on VIC and repeat clientele
- Recruit, coach, and retain top luxury retail talent; build a high-performing and motivated team
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising, store presentation, and operational excellence
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, loss prevention, and compliance
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the brand’s values, heritage, and image at all times
Requirements
- 5- 8 years of experience in luxury retail, with leadership experience
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards, clienteling, and VIP management
