１．M&A戦略策定、事業開発方針策定、事業改革、海外進出戦略案件、グローバル戦略案件、PMI、等のプロジェクト経験
２．企業における事業投資部門もしくは投資会社において事業投資に関わる事業評価を行った経験
３．企業の統合に伴う業務統合等のPMIに関するプロジェクトマネジメント経験、業務プロセス改革等の業務改革PJの経験
■以下のご経験をお持ちの方は優遇
１．プロジェクト管理スキル：複数の利害関係者と効果的にコミュニケーションできる能力
２グローバル案件の対応力（マルチカルチャーへの理解）、ボーダレスM&A案件などの経験者
３．特定インダストリーの深い知見（特にCPRセクター、TMTセクター、LS/HCセクター、スタートアップへの深い知見をお持ちの方を優遇致します）
・ディレクターについては、特定インダストリーでのクライアントネットワークを有する方を優遇

■Required Knowledge/Experience
・Logical thinking skills
・Japanese language proficiency is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus
・Individuals with consulting experience and project management experience in any of the following areas:
・Project experience in M&A strategy formulation, business development policy formulation, business reform, overseas expansion strategy projects, global strategy projects, PMI, etc.
・Experience in business valuation related to business investment in a corporate business investment division or investment firm.
・Project management experience related to PMI such as operational integration accompanying corporate integration, or experience in business reform projects such as operational process reform.
■Preferred Experience
・Project management skills: Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
・Ability to handle global projects (understanding of multi-culture), experience with borderless M&A projects, etc.
・Deep knowledge of specific industries (especially CPR sector, TMT sector, LS/HC sector, or deep knowledge of startups is preferred).
・For Director level: Preference is given to those with a client network in a specific industry.
