• Prepare detailed structural drawings, general arrangement (GA) drawings, reinforcement detailing, and fabrication drawings based on design inputs.

• Interpret engineering calculations and specifications to create accurate drafting plans.

• Develop structural layouts, sections, and details for RCC and steel structures including platforms, pipe racks, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, etc.

• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, client specifications, and applicable codes (e.g., IS, AISC, BS).

• Modify and revise drawings as required during design reviews and project changes.

• Coordinate with structural engineers, project managers, and site teams to understand design intent and resolve drawing-related queries.

• Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings and models.

• Assist in preparing bill of materials (BOM) and quantity take-offs when required.

• Collaborate with other discipline draughtsmen for multi-disciplinary integration.

• Adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
   

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil/Structural Drafting or related field.

•  years of relevant experience in structural drafting for EPC, infrastructure, steel, or industrial projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, and familiarity with other software such as Revit, Tekla, or STAAD models is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structure detailing.

• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations.

• Familiarity with Indian and international drafting and detailing standards.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent visualization skills.
