Manage daily scheduling and deployment of water tankers from the pumping/boosting station.
Coordinate with BPS Incharge and operations team for tanker filling and dispatch.
Maintain logbooks of tanker trips, drivers, fuel usage, and delivery status.
Ensure compliance with water distribution schedules and optimize route planning.
Supervise tanker loading at filling points to avoid wastage and spillage.
Monitor tanker turnaround time and report delays or issues.
Verify driver duty rosters, vehicle fitness certificates, and statutory compliance.
Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and customers for smooth distribution.
Handle grievances related to tanker supply and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain records for billing, fuel consumption, and MIS reports.
Support in emergency tanker mobilization during breakdowns or water shortage.
Ensure adherence to safety, traffic, and environmental regulations.
Logistics Management: Strong skills in fleet scheduling, deployment, and optimization.
Record Keeping: Competence in maintaining trip sheets, fuel logs, and MIS report
