- Release the purchase orders in time for material requirement to the vendors as per the production plan on daily basis taking into account monthly level plans.

- Conduct system stock and physical stock verification on a regular basis through Cycle counts to ensure correct stocks in system.

- Follow up with vendors for material shortages as per pending orders statement and visit them whenever required.

- Track the rejections & take timely actions to avoid stock discrepancies.
