Lead design discussions and requirements analysis to ensure seamless alignment between business processes, data integrity, and system flows.
Partner closely with Product Managers and Architects to distill vague business problems into clear, actionable technical roadmaps.
Act as a strategic advisor, articulating end-to-end impacts and design tradeoffs to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Oversee system configurations and high-quality implementations while championing best practices in data governance and process efficiency.
Drive the testing lifecycle and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions are "fit for purpose"; serve as the final point of escalation for complex domain incidents.
Influence the enterprise technology roadmap by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience as a Systems Analyst, with proven experience in Retail or Supply Chain is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with CBX Software or similar sourcing/PLM applications with deep understanding of system design, data modeling, and integration methodologies.
Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.
