- Lead end-to-end project execution for an internally developed Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform, translating policy requirements into functional specifications.
- Define critical project milestones, track deliverables, manage project budget variance, and report progress regularly to steering committees.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system integrations to ensure smooth platform rollout across business units.
- Conduct hands-on data analysis using Power BI and SQL to design and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) monitoring vendor risk profiles and policy compliance.
- Consolidate complex risk datasets to produce regulatory compliance reports and executive management information (MI) dashboards.
- Map policy frameworks against regulatory expectations and quantify risk metrics for audit readiness.
- Drive organisation-wide change management initiatives, hosting stakeholder workshops, onboarding sessions, and user training.
- Establish audit-ready governance trails and track remediation actions for high-risk vendor engagements.
skills & experience required.
- Minimum 4 to 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Risk Advisory professional within Financial Services, Insurance, or Management Consulting.
- Strong subject matter expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Risk, Operational Risk, or Financial Risk Management frameworks.
- Hands-on proficiency with Power BI, SQL, or advanced data visualization tools for KRI dashboard development and regulatory reporting.
- Proven track record in project execution, budget and variance tracking, managing IT deliverables, and presenting to executive committees.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and change leadership skills with experience leading user training and workshops.
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Fluency in Cantonese is required; proficiency in English or Mandarin is an advantage.
