Key Responsibilities
- Interview Coordination & Scheduling
- Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels to ensure smooth scheduling
- Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and last-minute changes efficiently
- Candidate Experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience
- Provide interview details, logistics, and follow-ups
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams
- Ensure alignment on interview timelines and hiring priorities
- Maintain strong communication across cross-functional teams
- Recruitment Operations Support
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Track interview feedback and ensure timely closure of feedback loops
- Generate recruitment reports and dashboards as needed
- Process Optimization
- Identify gaps in scheduling and coordination workflows
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
- Support automation and process standardization initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, recruitment operations, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle
- Proven experience in high-volume interview scheduling and coordination
