- Manage recruitment processes from sourcing through to hiring for a variety of profiles (for example: technicians, engineers, physicists, administrative staff etc.).
- Provide expert advice on recruitment and sourcing matters to HR and clients in different departments.
- Facilitate candidate sourcing using appropriate tools and online solutions to attract a diverse, quality talent pool.
- Manage targeted outreach and partnerships to boost applications from under-represented groups, using data insights to refine strategy and enhance the client's visibility.
- Analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns in recruitment and sourcing.
- Make an active contribution to the talent acquisition related projects and initiatives
- Keep up to date on best practice and latest developments in recruitment and employment markets relevant to the client and submit proposals where appropriate.
