Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate journey.
Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, portfolios, networking events, and niche online communities.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements, draft compelling job descriptions, and align on interview scorecards.
Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and coordinate subsequent rounds to assess both technical competence and cultural alignment.
Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, reference checks, and delivering a seamless handoff to the onboarding team.
Employer Branding: Attend career fairs, host networking events, and contribute to our social media presence to position our company as an employer of choice.
Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source quality).
