Advanced Training Design & Internal Mobility
● Ongoing Training Design: Design, develop, and deliver advanced training programs for all staff (beyond new-hire orientation) focusing on critical areas such as soft skills, leadership development, and job-specific technical proficiency.

● Performance Management Alignment: Collaborate with departmental managers to ensure all training programs directly support organizational performance goals, address identified competency gaps, and drive overall business results.
● Certification System: Manage and track training/certification progress for employees.
● Internal Mobility Programs: Facilitate comprehensive programs designed for internal movement, including robust cross-training initiatives, formalized mentorship programs, and clear career pathing to help employees grow and advance within the company.
● Succession Planning: Coordinate closely with the Senior Recruiter and senior management to facilitate the process of identifying and training high-potential employees for future leadership and critical roles.● Continuous Improvement: Use evaluation data to continuously optimize existing programs and inform the design of new, impactful learning experiences.
Employee Engagement & Culture Management
● Culture & Pulse Management: Be a constant presence on the floor, actively taking the pulse of the organization, understanding employee morale, and assessing the
effectiveness of cultural initiatives. Act as a trusted, confidential resource for employees.
● Grievance & Conflict Resolution: Serve as the initial point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, facilitating fair and timely resolution in collaboration with HR leadership, and advising on policy application.
● Internal Communications: Lead all internal employee communications, ensuring transparency and clarity on company direction, policy updates, and HR programs. Develop communications for both positive recognition and necessary organizational announcements.
● Events & Recognition: Plan, organize, and execute all major employee engagement events (e.g., town halls, recognition ceremonies, team-building activities) that reinforce company values and celebrate achievements.
● Policy & Program Explanation: Be the key explainer of new and existing company policies, development programs, and benefits to all employees, ensuring universal
understanding and compliance.
● Policy Input: Provide practical, floor-level insights to HR leadership to inform the development and refinement of effective, employee-centric company policies.
