Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, X-ray search, social platforms, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial outreach and engage passive candidates
- Screen candidate profiles and assess basic qualifications before recruiter handoff
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and sourcing trackers
- Perform talent market research and competitor mapping
- Ensure positive candidate experience during sourcing interactions
- Meet sourcing SLAs and pipeline targets
Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
- Strong expertise in sourcing for [Tech / Non-Tech / Leadership / Niche] roles
- Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
- Experience using ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, iCIMS, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills
