Manage multiple tax compliance and advisory projects for a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients;
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs, managing client expectations and project timelines effectively;
Contribute to the identification and development of new business opportunities and strategic client relationships;
Deliver accurate and efficient tax compliance solutions, leveraging strong technical knowledge and process optimisation;
Support clients in aligning their tax compliance obligations with their broader business strategy, enhancing competitiveness and value creation;
Oversee the preparation and submission of corporate tax obligations, including CIT (IRC), VAT (IVA), Personal Income Tax (IRS), Property Tax (IMI), as well as other reporting requirements such as COPE and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR);
Stay up to date with relevant tax, legal, and business developments impacting clients’ operations;
Foster strong collaboration within the team, contributing to productivity, knowledge sharing, and a positive working environment;
Apply technology and process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality across engagements.

Strong academic background in Taxation, Economics, or a related field, preferably from a recognised university;
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Tax Compliance;
Previous experience in a consulting environment, ideally within Big Four or similar firms, is highly valued;
Strong technical acumen and ability to apply tax knowledge effectively in operational processes;
Experience in team coordination or people management;
Exposure to business development or client relationship expansion activities;
Strong interpersonal skills with ease in client interaction and communication;
Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments;
Full professional proficiency in English.
