This is a key, newly created Team Assistant role, essential for supporting the leadership team and ensuring seamless Head Office operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing complex calendars, appointments, and meetings for the leadership team
- Organising detailed travel (flights, accommodation, car hire, itineraries) for Executives
- Preparing professional meeting minutes, briefing notes, and tracking crucial follow-up actions.
- Overseeing daily office operations, including equipment and supplies, and organizing staff events/functions.
- Managing shared inboxes and assisting with the preparation of business board reports.
Who We're Looking For
- High attention to detail, a knack for problem-solving, and excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities with composure (and a sense of humor!)
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
