key responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of retention specialists for the German-speaking market, ensuring they achieve their targets and provide exceptional customer service (telecommunications area).

You will play a key role in guiding the team in building customer loyalty relationships and ensuring their retention and satisfaction.
skills
What you must have:
- Fluent German (native or near native level/C2) and excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment.
- Previous experience in a telecom company is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Demonstrates resilience and innovative thinking
- High energy and enthusiasm to inspire others
