Job Description: Group Leader – Assembly Maintenance (Permanent Role)
- Location: TKM, Bidadi, Maintenance
- Experience Required: 9–12 years
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Age Group: 28–32 years
- Team Size: Lead a team of approximately 8–10 subordinates
- Shift Pattern: 3 shifts weekly rotation, including holiday and shutdown work
Core Responsibilities
Filling Equipment Maintenance: Lead the troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for critical filling systems, including Oil, AC, LLC (Long Life Coolant), CNG, and Fuel filling stations.
Inspection & Function Lines: Oversee the operation, repair, and precise calibration of function line equipment, such as Brake, Drum, Alignment, and Shower testers.
Advanced Technical Troubleshooting: Perform diagnostics and carry out parts replacement for motors, drives, inverters, PLC hardware, bearings, and gearboxes.
PLC Programming: Hands-on PLC programming and troubleshooting to ensure seamless assembly line operations.
Assembly Equipment Management: Maintain body lifters, nut runners, bush press machines, laser punching, friction drive systems, sealer robots, and line conveyors.
System Integration: Understand and manage vehicle data transfer (upstream/downstream) and industrial networking protocols such as Ethernet, LAN, FL-Net, and CC-Link.
Operations & Budgeting: Handle budget planning, procurement of spares, inventory management, and utilize SAP.
Functional CompetenciesPlanning and execution of Preventive, Breakdown, and Predictive Maintenance.
Knowledge of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Sealer Application Robots.
A "Kaizen Mind" focused on innovations toward Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost (S, Q, P & C).
Mandatory experience in Automobile OEM industries and assembly lines.
