The Team Member – Plant Quality is responsible for performing inspection and quality control activities across various manufacturing processes in the crane plant, including machine shop, fabrication shop, crane assembly, paint shop, heat treatment, and sub-assemblies. The role ensures that products meet engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.
Shop Quality
Inspect fabricated structures such as Machined parts , Subassemblies ,crane girders, structural components ,Crane assembly .
Ensure compliance with welding procedures (WPS) and welding quality requirements.
Perform visual inspection of welds and dimensional checks.
NDT inspections such as UT, PT, MT, and radiography when required
Handling customer or Third party inspection of raw material, structural parts ,subassemblies and crane assembly &testing.

Inspection and Quality documentation
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable crane manufacturing standards
Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions
Identify and report defective components or process deviations.
Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
