Our Client is seeking an experienced Team Leader to navigate a crucial period of major system transformation. This is a high-demand, high-impact fixed-term contract with an ASAP start.

We require a proven operational leader who can hit the ground running immediately.

The Opportunity

This service is moving away from manual processes for transactions, transitioning to a fully digital and automated delivery model. You will play a pivotal role in leading a team of Operational Officers through this significant cultural and process shift, ensuring continuity and excellence in service delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• Confident in leading and sustaining momentum through extensive system and organisational change.

• Experienced in supervising and monitoring high-volume workflows, work allocation, and performance.

• Committed to a strong coaching and mentoring approach to maintain a high-performing and positive team culture.

• A background in a regulatory or similar complex operational environment is highly desirable.
