Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Previous experience in technical service.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) - C1 level.
Experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP and Salesforce.
Team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and dispatch emergency service requests through Salesforce Service Cloud.
Manually schedule and coordinate same-day service activities.
Mass-load equipment records into the system.
Create service orders in SAP based on installation request forms or SmartStart tools.
Plan and dispatch installation activities through Salesforce Service Cloud.
Generate service orders in SAP based on scheduled maintenance matrices.
Plan and dispatch preventive maintenance activities through Salesforce Service Cloud.
Communicate with Technical Customer Service (TCS) business partners across different countries.
Collaborate with local teams and field technicians to coordinate planning activities.
Prepare service level reports and update customer portals with relevant service information.
