Job Responsiblity :  Overall manage the activities of the TPM Manufacturing  Department, including the processes, automation, and testing of SMT and FATP.
2. Customer demand connection and response: Receive customer demands in a timely manner, quickly sort out the priority of demands, synchronise them with the internal team, clarify the response time limit, and track the progress.
3. Communicate with internal functional departments to obtain relevant information, prepare customer-facing materials, and respond to customer demands.
4. Formulate the long-term strategic plan for engineering TPM, and clarify the goals and directions of TPM. 1. College degree or above, major in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Engineering or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of FATP manufacturing experience, including NPI introduction and mass production.
3. At least 5 years of engineering team management experience.
4. Excellent communication, organization and team management skills.
5. English can be used as a working language.
6. Candidates with global customer work experience are preferred.
