As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be instrumental in providing essential support and maintenance for our client's technical products. You will be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service, playing a key role in maintaining client relationships and operational efficiency.
Main tasks include
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on technical equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate and detailed service reports, documenting all activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and protocols.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree.
- Up to 1 year of professional experience in a technical service or support role.
- Proficiency in sales support activities and customer support.
- Experience in maintaining detailed service reports.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant technical tools and software.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
This is a contract position located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Candidates must be authorized to work in India.
