Key Responsibilities Include:
• Conduct daily inspections of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and control room systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Troubleshoot faults in the solar, battery, and inverter systems using appropriate tools.
• Inspect and repair basic issues in transmission and distribution (T&D) lines.
• Respond to customer complaints via CRM/Huskify within the defined 2-hour window.
• Support customers in recharge-related issues and ensure smooth supply resumption.
• Monitor electrical performance, test circuits and system parameters regularly.
• Identify and report abnormalities such as unauthorized tapping or energy theft.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily site activities, faults, and resolution status.
