About the Job
As the Bid & Tender Manager, you will spearhead the end-to-end bidding process for major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Malaysia and the broader Southeast Asia region. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering and commercial strategy to ensure winning proposals.
Your core responsibilities will include:End-to-End Bid Management: Overseeing the full bidding lifecycle, from analyzing RFP/ITB documents to final submission.
Strategy Development: Defining and executing winning bid strategies that align with both company goals and client needs.
Risk & Compliance: Identifying contractual, technical, and financial risks while ensuring all submissions meet international standards and local regulations.
Cost & Estimation: Collaborating with teams to prepare precise cost estimates and value engineering solutions.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinating with internal departments like legal, finance, and procurement, as well as external subcontractors and clients.
