We are seeking a results-driven Territory Executive (Pharmaceuticals) to manage sales operations within a specific geographic area. The role involves developing business relationships with healthcare professionals, driving product awareness, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the brand's visibility and growth in the assigned territory.
Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, hospitals, and distributors.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Plan and execute territory sales strategy aligned with business goals.
Conduct regular market visits, generate prescriptions, and follow up on leads.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), doctor meetings, and promotional events.
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and territory performance.
Manage inventory and coordinate with stockists/distributors for product availability.
Maintain records of customer contacts, sales, and product feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representative roles.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with doctors and HCPs.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
Proficiency in using MS Office and sales reporting tools.
Experience in handling a similar territory.
Knowledge of therapy areas like cardiology, diabetology, neurology, etc.
Fluency in local language(s) and English.
Familiarity with CRM tools or pharma sales platforms.
