We are seeking a proactive and highly professional Territory Manager, also known as a Medical Representative, to join our team in the Pharma/Healthcare/Lifesciences industry. This contract position offers a significant opportunity to drive our business forward within the Bihar region.
Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a designated sales territory to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings with doctors and chemists to promote our products and build strong relationships.
- Effectively manage and lead a team, providing guidance and support to ensure performance targets are met.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and support to healthcare professionals.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in team management, doctor meetings, and chemist meetings.
- Any Science Graduate degree is acceptable.
- Strong understanding of the Pharma/Healthcare/Lifesciences sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively drive results.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Purnea, Bihar (854301), India.
