  • key responsibilities


    • Run functional tests/ Manual Non-Regression tests/E2E tests of applications of a specific business domain;

    • Contribute to the drafting of Test Cases, when the Test Leader consider it necessary/possible;

    • Run the assigned test cases following the defined test script;

    • Describe in detail the test case outputs ensuring completeness and accuracy;

    • Ensure that the test results are correctly loaded on the tool used (TFS or JIRA);

    • Identify borderline situation that may lead to a different test result;

    • Report to the Test Leader possible improvements to test cases;

    • Inform the Test Leader of any deviations between the test script and the behavior of the software so that the test can be modified;

    • Ensure the necessary information to the Test Leader in order to monitor activities.

  • skills


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Business Engineering / Business Technology) or in software-related technology (BCA/MCA/MS);

    • Insurance domain knowledge/certifications – will be an advantage;

    • Testing tools – Quality Centre (HP QC/ALM), JIRA, Confluence is only desirable;

    • Scrum & Agile knowledge, is beneficial but not mandatory;

    • ACM Fellow certified (for internal employees);

    • Good communication skills with the ability to elicit, question, probe and challenge others across the organization;

    • Fluently in Italian language (written and spoken) for communication with team members of AZ Italy;

    • Fluently in English language (written and spoken).
