    Wij zoeken een ervaren jurist die gaat toezien op een juist gebruik van panden. Als Juridisch Beleidsmedewerker Handhaving Bouw/RO ga je werken in het team Wijkgerichte Overlast. Dit is een nieuw en breed opgezet ambtelijk samenwerkingsverband en is er op gericht om de leefbaarheid in een 4-tal wijken in een stad in Noord Holland te verbeteren. Er wordt nauw samengewerkt met de inwoners en externe partners zoals de Politie. De inzet is er op gericht om de leefbaarheid in de openbare ruimte te verbeteren en overtredingen in het gebruik van panden aan te pakken. Daarbij kun je denken aan overbewoning, illegale kamergewijze verhuur en toeristische verhuur. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de juridische kwaliteit van handhavingsprocedures en voor het handhavingsbeleid. De nadruk in deze functie ligt op Bouw/RO. Je hebt in deze veelzijdige functie veel contact met in- en externe partijen zoals verschillende afdelingen, bedrijven, huiseigenaren, GGD en de brandweer. Iedere casus is weer anders, je moet soms puzzelen en zaken uitpluizen.     De Markermeerdijken beschermen zo’n 1,2 miljoen Noord-Hollanders. Grote delen hiervan tussen Hoorn en Durgerdam voldoen niet aan de huidige veiligheidseisen. De stabiliteit van de dijken is onvoldoende en op sommige plaatsen zijn ze niet hoog genoeg. Daar gaat de Alliantie Markermeerdijken wat aan doen, zodat inwoners veilig achter de Markermeerdijken kunnen blijven leven, wonen en werken.Het project is nu aanbeland in de uitvoeringsfase. Om de uitvoering goed te laten verlopen is er behoefte aan een scherpe en praktische jurist die het belang snapt van de dijkverzwaring en dit af kan zetten tegen relevante wet- en regelgeving. Wat ga je doen? Jij bent een ervaren jurist die kan adviseren op uiteenlopende casussen die linken aan het bestuurs- en privaatrecht. Je bent een eerstelijns juridisch aanspreekpunt die ter plekke adviseert over de uitvoering van het project. Dat adviseren doe je gevraagd, maar ook ongevraagd. We’re looking for a Privacy Product Counsel/Expert at Randstad Global Digital FactoryThe data protection unit is part of the global legal team and sits in the heart of Randstad’s technological transformation working closely with our Digital Factory, Global IT, Global Business Risk & Audit and Marketing functions.  The Privacy Product Counsel reports to the Global Data Protection Officer and represents the Global Data Protection team in the Digital Factory. The Privacy Product Counsel coordinates with the global data protection & information security specialists supporting the Digital Factory Centers of Excellence. Also the Privacy Product Counsel supports the data protection and information security officers in the different Randstad Operating Companies in the roll out of Digital Factory products. your typical day includesData is at the heart of our business and our data protection team is at the heart of the company’s operation with links to all different stakeholders, including employees, candidates and clients.    Reporting to the Global Data Protection Officer, the Privacy Product Counsel has an important global role within Randstad as we transform to being a knowledge and data centric company. Our Digital Factory has a leading role in this transformation and the Privacy Product Counsel will be as a global privacy leader responsible for supporting our product owners and other stakeholders to deliver products that are developed according to our privacy by design principles.You will:lead and manage together with the data protection specialists supporting the Digital Factory  privacy analysis and risk assessments of products throughout development cycle to ensure compliance with privacy and data protection laws and our data protection policycoordinate and drive stakeholder alignment regarding implementation of privacy requirements and proposed remediationswork with our legal privacy counsel, our data protection senior manager, the information security team and product teams to develop and implement global privacy standardsmaintaining and improving global processes to support Business, Data and IT Owners on identifying and managing data protection & privacy risks and proactively implement changes to product assessment process in anticipation of regulatory and business developmentsdevelop and implement operational improvements to improve effectiveness & efficiency of product assessment processpromoting the Randstad’s Group data protection & privacy vision and strategy in line with Randstad’s Business Strategy & Core Values and adapting such to reflect business challenges and regulatory developmentssupport the Digital Factory on delivering and maintaining global services based on privacy and security by design principles to the Operating Companies.support the Digital Factory data mapping and data protection vendor risk management advise and support the global network of Local Data Protection Office(r)s and the Data Protection Advisory Board (consisting of the DPOs of the major OpCos)provide input for developing training & awareness materials and improving privacy management tooling reporting on data protection risks and requirements and regulatory changes that need our attention experience, knowledge and qualificationshas at least 8 years of relevant working knowledge and experience in data protection, privacy, data governance, information security and IT governanceproven successful in leading process improvements or project teams.experience in integrating internal and external developments to anticipate and solve complex problems.experience in training and developing others within the privacy space as well a broad understanding of technology and data concepts used within the HR industry  has specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise to tactically integrate data protection and information security concepts and best practices into daily business processes and ways of working  college or university degree in Law and/or Computer Science or the equivalent work experiencesignificant specialized education in both privacy and security domain (qualifications like CIPP-E, CISSP, CISM and IT auditing are preferred).experience with privacy risk management and privacy risk management toolingexperience with Onetrust is an assetability to connect with diverse stakeholders and to conceptualize and communicate breadth and personality given the challenges and people skills requiredgood command of the English language (command in any other language is an asset)excellent analytical skillsaccurateservice orientedlikes to work in an international team environment with different culturesenthusiastic and pragmatic, result driven, hands-on mentalitywhat do you get in return?In return for your talent and effort we pay a good, competitive salary and offer attractive benefits.
