Our client has secured a robust pipeline of work that offers exposure to some of the most complex and prestigious projects in NSW. This is a chance to shape the urban fabric of Sydney and beyond.
The Work
You won't be pigeonholed here. You will work alongside both major and boutique developers, managing a diverse portfolio that includes:
State Significant Developments (SSD)
Large-scale Residential, Commercial, and Industrial hubs
Complex Mixed-Use precincts and Subdivisions
Critical Infrastructure including Education and Healthcare
Projects primarily across established urban areas, some greenfield developments.
Who You Are
We are looking for a driven professional with 2-4 years of experience in the Australian planning sector. Whether you are an emerging planner looking for a strong mentor or a mid-level professional ready to step into a Senior Planner role, we want to hear from you.
Technical & Professional Excellence:
Strong Technical Skills: Proven ability in time management, negotiating with councils, and stakeholder management.
Communication: Exceptional soft skills are highly advantageous; you can articulate complex planning arguments and build lasting relationships with clients.
Presentation: Ability to represent the firm at panels or meetings with confidence.
Knowledge: A solid understanding of the NSW Planning system and relevant legislation.
