key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end trade operation for contracts
Coordinate with shipping desks, chartering teams, agents, and surveyors, including nomination, loading/discharging, and timely clearance
Prepare, check, and process a full set of commercial and shipping documents (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.), ensuring compliance with Letter of Credit (LC) terms and destination requirement
Proactively manage and resolve claims (demurrage, quality)experience
