Provide daily middle office and trade support duties for the Hong Kong Bonds desk.
Execute accurate trade and data entry into internal systems and monitor pre- and post-trade numbers.
Manage trade confirmations and ensure end-of-day transaction figures strictly comply with company procedures.
Produce daily P&L reports, operational trade reports, and manage ad-hoc desk requests.
Collaborate closely with front-office staff to resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records utilizing Excel and specialized internal databases.
Deliver general administrative support to the desk to ensure seamless operations.

skills & experience required.

Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in trade support or middle office operations is highly advantageous; relevant financial services experience will be prioritized.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data entry systems.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced market environment.
Strong numerical accuracy, high attention to detail, and good analytical skills.
Humble mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs.
