- 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing training, with minimum 3 years in FMCG/Food Processing/Chemicals
- Proven track record in greenfield/brownfield facility ramp-ups or large-scale workforce development
- Hands-on experience with automated manufacturing operations and process industries
- Strong background in safety training and regulatory compliance (Factories Act, FSSAI, ISO standards)
- Experience developing training content for diverse workforce (operators to management)
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with ability to engage learners at all levels
- Strong instructional design capabilities (ADDIE, SAM, or similar methodologies)
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and e-learning authoring tools (preferred)
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi (written and spoken)
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
- Master's degree in HR, Training & Development, or Business Administration
- Certification as a Master Trainer or Train-the-Trainer program completion
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001 implementation and audits
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies
- Familiarity with starch manufacturing, rice processing, or food ingredient production
- Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches
- 100% completion of mandatory safety training within defined timelines
- Achievement of 85%+ average post-training assessment scores
- Successful onboarding of 200+ new employees within 12 months (pre-launch and launch phase)
- Zero safety incidents attributed to inadequate training
- 90%+ employee satisfaction ratings on training quality and relevance
- Timely preparation for ISO/FSSAI audits with 100% compliance on training documentation
- Development and delivery of at least 1,200+ training man-hours annually
