This position is based Hybrid on-site in Burnaby, however, remote candidates who are local to the Region can be considered.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the project team and the business to support gathering and confirming training requirements and organizational context.
• Support assessing and translating subject matter into content that can be easily understood by target audiences.
• Support the design and development of basic training materials for low impact changes such as presentations, job aids, guides, information brief.
• Organized, self-starter, and takes initiative
• Ability to work independently with little direction
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with public speaking
• Experience with Camtasia, Video editing software (e.g. Movie Maker), an asset
Qualifications
• A minimum one (1) to two (2) years experience in designing, developing, and delivering training within a project environment.
• A minimum one (1) year of change management experience or equivalent.
