They are challenging diverse issues with a new structure that integrates sector knowledge and strategic functions.■About the teamThe team is an organization primarily composed of Certified Public Accountants who specialize in financial due diligence. Financial and accounting professionals form project-based teams to handle the work.■Positions・Manager・Senior Consultant & Consultant■Responsibilities・Drafting of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and Contract Negotiation Support・Financial due diligence (Sell side / Buy side)・Deal structuring support・Drafting contracts and contract negotiationssupport■Selection Process· Interview rounds: 2 to 3 times· Aptitude tests will be conducted depending on the target rank.If you are interested in this position, we look forward to your application.#LI-Hybrid

求められる経験
*Requirements:

■Manager
・JCPA or USCPA qualification
・Must have more than 3 years of Financial due diligence experience, as well as more than a year of Auditor-In-Charge experience to be responsible for an audit team of 5 – 6 staffs.
・Ability to manage teams.
・Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with client companies.
・Standard knowledge of accounting and finance must be kept up-to-date
・Business level or higher of Japanese
・Project management experience in cross-border projects is preferred.
・Business level of English is preferred. But not a must.
・Overseas working experience is preferred.

■Senior Consultant & Consultant
・JCPA or USCPA qualification
・More than 4-year of Auditor experience (especially experience with corporate client in general corporate industry sector)
・M&A execution / financial due diligence experience is preferred but not a must. (Those who want to change their career to Transaction Business are highly welcomed) or experienced in financial corporate planning in a multinational company
・Numerical acumen / ability to process large volume of information and data are highly welcomed.
・Aspire to improve oneself, an inquiring mind, and proactive in performing work
・Business level or higher of Japanese
・Business level of English is preferred. But not a must.
・Overseas working experience is preferred.
