key responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to German travelers facing various situations (accidents, breakdowns, etc.) via phone, email, and chat
- Coordinate with service providers and partners to ensure timely and seamless support
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions
- Remain calm and supportive under pressure

What We're Looking For:
- German fluency at C1 level minimum (no accent restrictions)
- Second language: Intermediate English OR Portuguese
- Previous customer service experience preferred (travel, insurance, or related fields)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Clear, empathetic, and effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for a hybrid work model in Lisbon (3 days in-office at Saldanha, 2 days remote)
- Rotating shifts 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays (night shifts always remote)
Important: The first 3 months will be 100% on-site, with the first month dedicated to intensive training
