    JOB TITLE: Account Manager LOCATION: Leatherhead DURATION: 12 Months PAY: £30-£35,000Our Client is a leading global animal health company dedicated to discovering, developing, manufacturing and commercialising a diverse portfolio of animal health medicines and vaccines to meet the needs of veterinarians, livestock farmers and companion animal owners. Their Vision is for their products, services and people to be the most valued by animal health customers around the world.The Role The Account Manager will work in a small team with a primary function of handling customer queries. The Account Manager is the first point of contact for all customer groups for whom they resolve issues, answer questions and handle requests.The Account Manager will action the full Order to Cash (OTC) process and are responsible for forging effective working relationships with direct customers that build lasting commercial gain and loyalty to the brand.The Account Manager provides wide ranging support for internal customers in the commercial business units, product and technical teams. They undertake such actions as managing marketing payments, budget tracking, external events sourcing, sales meeting planning and any ad hoc needs.The Candidate Will handle direct sales and end to end processes for Order to Cash with wholesalers and direct customers; handle order placement and processing, resolve service issues, consider payment conditions, manage stock and answer invoice queries.Conduct day-to-day management of the relationships between the client, wholesale and direct customers.Be the first point of contact for all existing, potential, internal and external customers. Manage customer, field and stakeholder queries.Provide competent and professional administrative support to commercial operations and business support services as required.Plan, organise and prioritise requests in order to meet deadlines, team expectations and own workload.Manage the process for all business unit payments made via SAP.Key Skills Experience using SAPStrong time management Able to work well under pressurePersonal and Positive Able to build effective relationships IT Literate If you have a strong customer service background and feel like this role is for you , then apply today and a consultant will contact suitable candidates.
