    Purpose of the job: Primary responsibility for the delivery of operational support, leadership and coordination of day to day operational tasks of a team of Recruitment Coordinators. In addition, the Talent Supply Chain Consultant is responsible for planning a strategy and managing across third party agencies as part of a transition plan within new RSR solutions.     Randstad Sourceright; where technology, innovation, and our exceptional human touch make us the market leader in Global Recruitment Outsourcing.     Our business is growing and we have the need a Talent Supply Chain Consultant to join our organization!     The role of the Talent Supply Chain Consultant is to manage, together with in-country teams, the relationship with existing third-party agencies for an individual account(s) or for RSR as a whole for the supply of Permanent, Contractor or Temp staff. In addition, the Talent Supply Chain Consultant is responsible for planning a strategy and managing across third party agencies as part of a transition plan within new RSR solutions. The Talent Supply Chain Consultant is also responsible for negotiating more cost-effective margins with third-party suppliers with limited direction from the Client Service Director or equivalent, in addition to identifying ways of delivering the best performance to RSR clients/RSR in a proactive manner.     What You Get To Do   Negotiating and securing supplier agreements Contract management: managing the suppliers, together with in-country teams, to the responsibilities outlined in the MSP or RPO solution sold Serving as a liaison with legal on contractual issues Strategic partner of operations: Together with operations develop Supply Chain strategies Financial & quantitative analysis: measuring the quality and timeliness of delivery, as well as supplier operations Providing input to the implementation plan To recommend and develop key relationships (preferred supplier management) with a select number of regional suppliers delivering into RSR, including agencies, consultancies, and offshore organizations. Using market knowledge and research, source niche agencies/suppliers to join PSL and negotiate terms of business with them. Work in conjunction with the Delivery Managers, to suggest alternative recruitment solutions if the current activity is unsuccessful. Report this back to the client. Liaise directly with RSR Delivery Manager to analyze the changing requirements from third-party suppliers.
