    IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE Before you apply - this role is based on a rotating 2 shift pattern with a view to a night shift being part of the rotation in the near future - so please only apply if you can work the 3 shifts! You will be required to be the key individual within the production process - responsible for maintaining the Process and meeting the production target, producing a quality product on time and in full. Responsibilities:- Health & Safety - responsible for the operators who work under you and therefore need to ensure individuals adhere to the Health & Safety policy.Quality - responsible for the quality of the products that the team produces, endeavour to ensure that all products will meet the customers needs and expectations, which are documented within the ISO controlled specification sheets. Carry out the necessary quality checks at the correct frequency stated on production/quality sheet. Take swift action to isolate any non conforming product to ensure it will not reach the external customer.Production - ensure all materials are correct to BOM for product being produced. The production line runs at its optimal speed for the full duration of the shift, to maximise OEE output. Ensure minimal spoilage is created. Correct any process defects asap within a production run to limit the amount of downtime created. With training, adjust various machinery. Cover a reasonable amount of overtime to cover production needs / Holiday cover.Accuracy - M3 Accuracy must be maintained at all times. All documents that require completion on a daily basis, and require Quality measurements must be accurately compiled.Continuous Improvement - embrace any new initiatives that are launched and participate in identifying opportunities which will improve the day to day running of the department.
