About the Role
Lead the end-to-end design process for internal assisted channels within a leading NZ enterprise. You will optimize CRM tools used by frontline agents, ensuring the team has the best digital experience to support customers across the country.
- Lead design from discovery to delivery for digital channels.
- Validate experiences through direct research and testing with in-store staff.
- Evolve established design systems while maintaining high accessibility standards.
- Partner with developers and Product Owners to ensure technical feasibility.
- Explore new technologies, including AI, to enhance design efficiency.
Skills & Experience
- Proven capability across both UX research and UI visual design.
- Expert level capability in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
- Confidence owning the full design lifecycle within an agile squad.
- Expertise working with and contributing to established design systems.
- Collaborative approach when engaging with diverse business stakeholders.
