Vice President – Sales & Business Development, based in New Delhi.

Candidate requirements:
MBA from Tier 1 B-schools (Sales/Marketing/Trade specialization), with preference for Engineering background.
Minimum 15 years of Sales & Marketing experience, including 5+ years of international business exposure.
Proven P&L ownership, strong negotiation skills, and track record of closing high-value B2B deals.
Expertise in ERP/CRM systems, advanced Excel, and business analytics.
Strong understanding of metals/recycling/manufacturing industries, international trade, and logistics.
Leadership experience managing teams and driving productivity.
