- Identify emerging market trends, new geographies, and potential partners across international markets.
- Lead the export marketing function / team by aligning departmental objectives with overall business goals.

- Drive export business across multiple regions including Asia.
- Establish and manage relationships with global clients, agents, and channel partners.
- Negotiate large-scale contracts, MoUs, and long-term business alliances.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
3. Customer & Market Management
- Develop key customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy formulation.
- Manage major customer accounts and provide leadership in resolving strategic business issues.
4. Product & Marketing Strategy
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to define product positioning and customization for various markets.
- Design marketing campaigns, product launches, and technical presentations for global clients.
- Oversee branding, digital marketing, and participation in international exhibitions and trade fairs.
5. Team Leadership & Performance
- Build a team with performance-driven culture emphasizing accountability, innovation, and customer orientation.
- Provide training and guidance to enhance export-marketing capabilities within the team.
- Build, manage and drive multi-location team across the Globe including external agents / distributors.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical understanding of industrial and mechanical engineering products (expertise in thermal designing will be preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of international marketing, export procedures, and global trade practices.
- Ability to analyse complex tender documents and prepare comprehensive proposals/quotations.
- Exceptional skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership.
- High level of commercial acumen, analytical ability, and decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with global business exposure.
