Billing process – End to end process including managing amendments and below points・Incorporate mark-up changes, moving time to correct phase/matter;・Prepare email instruction to FM for splitting time/write down/write offs;・Update draft invoice to make sure changes are done correctly and send updated revised draft invoice to partners;・Prepare bill guide for finalising invoices once agreed by client and partner;・Prepare email to client and send finalised invoice and send hardcopy with cover letter by mail;・For new clients, provide client with relevant company and bank information, and obtain relevant documents for client to onboard to their Vendor listing; and For E-billing, liaise with client and team to onboard client on legal tracker; once Client ID is establish to send invoices for E-Billing team for uploading.Document management - update/ formatting (e.g. legal documents, BD documents such as CV updates)Run document comparison; converting word to pdf or pdf to word and run comparison that are readable;・Revise documents based on given mark-up/comments, updating references and table of contents;Merging section of text/document as a rider to Ashurst document/main document;Add comments and remove comments from word/pdf document; andConvert email text to appropriate Ashurst template format (e.g. letter, advice, memo, proposal) and make it look presentable.Matter management - End to end processOther admin tasks
