- Professional Experience:
  - 10+ years of experience in an engineering environment (automation, robotics, machinery, or industrial equipment).
  - Proven experience writing technical documentation, SOPs, engineering procedures, or work instructions.
  - Hands-on exposure to real engineering workflows, not only documentation roles.
- Technical Competencies:
  - Strong understanding of:
    - Engineering project lifecycles
    - Design review and validation processes
    - Cross-functional industrial workflows
- Ability to create:
  - Process maps and flowcharts
  - Swimlane diagrams
  - RACI matrices
  - Structured SOP documents
- Experience with ERP-driven engineering environments
- High proficiency in technical writing with clarity, precision, and structure.
- Soft Skills & Professional Attributes:
  - Exceptional analytical and structured thinking
  - Ability to challenge unclear practices diplomatically and drive standardization
  - Strong stakeholder management across cultures and regions
  - High attention to detail and documentation discipline
  - Ability to work independently while coordinating globally
