• Review and approve Method Statements, JSA, HIRA, and Risk Assessments for WAH activities.
• Conduct 100% inspection of all work at height activities.
• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO, and Critical Risk Management requirements.

• Investigate incidents and near misses; ensure reporting and closure.
• Perform daily site inspections and safety walkdowns.
• Monitor contractor performance and guide safe work practices.
• Drive implementation of audits and corrective action plans (CAPA).
• Maintain digital records, dashboards, and MIS reporting.
• Provide authorization and competency assessment for WAH personnel.
• Ensure availability during day and night shifts (12-hour shifts).Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.Certified Rope Access Technician (Level 1 or above – IRATA or equivalent).Height & Rescue Certification from recognized institute.Industrial Safety Management Certification. 10–15 years of industrial experience in work at height and rescue operations.
