This role functions as the critical nexus between the regional office and Global Finance, ensuring that local market nuances are meticulously integrated into the broader corporate financial framework. By providing rigorous financial oversight and maintaining cross-functional operational continuity, the incumbent safeguards the organization's regional stability while driving global strategic alignment.You will execute a dual-mandate mission. The primary objective is to provide high-level financial stewardship and management accounting expertise for the region. Simultaneously, the role ensures the functional integrity of non-finance operations—ranging from complex local regulatory compliance under financial regulations to HR logistics. This is a role of synthesis, bridging the gap between high-level global strategy and precise local execution.You will report directly into the International Finance Director.

Bilingual Mastery: Professional proficiency in both the local regional language and English.

Advanced FP&A & Controllership: Proven expertise in strategic FP&A, management accounting, and budget variance analysis.

Tax & Treasury Knowledge: Solid foundation in corporate tax (consumption tax, withholding tax, transfer pricing), treasury management, and international tax treaties.

Regulatory Expertise: Strong working knowledge of local financial legislation regarding stored-value digital assets, escrow deposit obligations, and electronic commercial disclosures.

HR & Labor Compliance: Solid understanding of statutory social insurance, labor regulations, and year-end reporting.

Vendor Management: Proven track record leading relationships with major external legal counsel and professional service firms (accounting, tax, and corporate secretarial).

Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional cross-functional agility navigating matrixed environments involving Legal, HR, IT, Marketing, and Operations teams.
