■Company detailsThis company is a world-renowned pioneer in the premium all-inclusive holiday concept, delivering exceptional experiences globally.■Role OverviewThe Accounts Payable & GL Accountant is responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.■Main tasks include:・Review, process, and code high-volume vendor invoices accurately.・Prepare and execute bank wire transfers and manage petty cash.・Perform monthly AP reconciliations and general ledger entries.・Support weekly cash flow forecasting and month-end closing tasks.・Assist with variable tax filings and internal/external audits.・Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize AP controls and tools.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

求められる経験
■Requirements
・3 to 4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
・Fluent Japanese and intermediate English (TOEIC 700+).
・Solid knowledge of local tax regulations and accounting practices.
・Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
・Experience utilizing COUPA software for procurement or AP.
・Strong multitasking, organization, and analytical skills.
