Booking & Coordination:
Manage end-to-end travel logistics, including flights, rail travel, visas, and necessary travel insurance for all team members.
Establish and maintain relationships with preferred travel agencies and vendors to ensure cost-effective and compliant bookings.
Temporary Facility Management:
Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and allocation of all temporary site facilities, including site offices, meeting rooms, accommodation trailers (if applicable), and rest areas.
Ensure all facilities comply with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations and company standards.
Utility & Site Services:
Manage contracts and monitor the provision of essential utilities (power/generators, water supply, sewage, internet/telecom services).
Oversee site security, including access control, CCTV monitoring, and guard scheduling.
Coordinate waste management and site housekeeping services, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
