$50,000 to $55,000 per year.
Special Leave: * 2 weeks during the construction holidays. 1 additional week at Christmas (Total of 3 weeks).
* 3 sick days per year.
Ideal Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Fridays finish at 1:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities:
Inspection coordination: Plan and schedule interventions by alarm department technicians on the system.
Document management: Complete, submit, and file technical documents and inspection reports.
Analysis and follow-up: Analyze alarm reports, perform post-service follow-up, and manage billing.
Team support: Collaborate on improving internal processes and provide general administrative support to ensure project success.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role
Bilingualism (French and English)
Proficiency in MS Office
Calm, composed, and possesses excellent time management skills.
Team player
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A motivated individual looking to build a long-term career within a stable company.
