Responsibilities
Asset Curation & Quality Control: Support day-to-day efforts to organize and categorize content within the DAM; process incoming assets and maintain strict quality control standards.
Metadata & Taxonomy Management: Catalog assets, manage metadata integrity, and optimize tagging structures to ensure high searchability and SEO performance.
Rights & Compliance: Oversee asset licensing, talent contracts, and usage rights to ensure all published content remains compliant.
User Support & Training: Act as the primary point of contact for user requests, troubleshooting, and access management. Develop training documentation and facilitate sessions for stakeholders across the US and Canada.
System Optimization: Support requirements gathering for system enhancements and participate in testing (UAT) to ensure the platform remains intuitive and user-friendly.
Operational Support: Attend Agile ceremonies and work through assigned tickets via JIRA to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Professional experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, specifically Adobe AEM Assets and Adobe Workfront.
Workflow Knowledge: Experience with Agile methodologies and navigating JIRA for task management.
Operational Background: 2–4 years of experience in content management, digital asset management, or records and information management.
Content Expertise: A solid understanding of creative workflows, diverse file formats, and the complexities of rights management (copyrights/usage licenses).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Preferred Assets: A background in Library Science or Records Management is highly valued. Relevant Adobe certifications or experience in regulated industries (e.g., Finance) are a plus.
