With teams spread across Japan, Singapore, India, and China, they develop and maintain a comprehensive advertising platform for both internal stakeholders and international clients, offering unparalleled exposure to a vast range of services and data assets.Role & Responsibilities:As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in a phase of strategic expansion, leading transformative project. You will collaborate closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, Project Management, and Product Management teams to finalize requirements, manage governance and budgets, and report to executive levels. Your focus will be on ensuring project goals are met, optimizing workflows, and maintaining team motivation through retrospectives and reviews, embodying a 'get things done' mindset.Main tasks include:■ Engage with Engineers, QA, DevOps, Project Managers, and Product Managers on a regular basis.■ Lead conversations to finalize project requirements.■ Coordinate with PMO on governance and budget-related matters.■ Collaborate with management and potentially executive leadership for reporting.■ Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.■ Define strict milestones and track team progress towards fulfillment.■ Ensure project goals are achieved and prioritized.■ Conduct retrospectives and reviews to maintain team motivation.■ Foster a proactive and results-oriented approach to project execution.

求められる経験
■ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
■ 7-10 years of progressive experience in Project Management, with a focus on complex software development or ad technology projects.
■ Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
■ Strong understanding and practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile Scrum, Nexus, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project).
■ Experience in resource management from a cost and governance perspective.
■ Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate distributed, global teams.
■ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and seniority levels.
■ Fluency in English (written and spoken)
■ Experience in the AdTech or e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
■ PMP, PGMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications are a strong plus.
