Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-standard clinical care, health assessments, and care planning for residents.
- Manage medication administration, wound care, and complex clinical needs.
- Mentor and supervise Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) on shift.
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation using electronic care systems.
- Respond effectively to clinical changes, incidents, and care escalations.
Essential Criteria (Must Have)
- AHPRA Registration: Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Aged Care Experience: Proven experience as an RN within an Australian residential aged care setting.
- Australian Work Rights: Full, unrestricted Australian working rights. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.
- Flexible Availability: Must be available and flexible across AM, PM, and Night shifts (ND), including rotating weekend work.
- Shift Commitment: Available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week for Part-Time or 5 shifts per week for Full-Time.
- Compliance: Current National Police Check (or NDIS Worker Screening) and up-to-date immunisations.
